Spathe Systems is seeking a Registrar for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Job Description:  

SPATHE is looking for a qualified person to support a multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM). As the Registrar, provide Task Lead, staff, faculty, and JSOU students registration support that assist in the execution of JSOU’s educational support services with emphasis on military studies. 

The candidate shall perform the following tasks: 

• Support university enrollment processes

• Provide instructions to enroll and enter/maintain information in the LMS 
• Convert student biographical and academic information into proper training codes and input data into the LMS
• Schedule students for classes by comparing the numbers of incoming students against the number of available positions; identify exceptions to procedures and coordinate with the director of admissions
• Coordinate with staff and faculty to ensure all services are available to students regardless of course location
• Maintain student records and facilitate delivery of student transcripts

• BA/BS required degree in any field (degree must be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university). 
• 2 years of admission officer, academic program advisor or registrar at a post-secondary education institution experience.  
• 2 years’ managing enrollment process and attendance of students in post-secondary academic programs. 

• 2 years’ experience in managing student records in SharePoint, Student Information Management Systems, and the Blackboard LMS. 
• 2 years’ experience applying articulation agreements of partner education institutions to transferring post-secondary education credits for students. 
• 2 years’ experience applying policies and procedures of partner education institutions for course enrollment, regulatory requirements for course completion and data required for maintenance of academic records. 
• 2 years’ experience working with military training management systems.
