Spathe is currently searching for a freelance Senior Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Tampa, FL area.

• Develop lessons, lead seminars, and instruct in university courses taught in the CONUS and MET events conducted Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS). 
• Lecture on the full range of special operations topics related to planning in SOF operations, programs, and activities. 
• Support the proper discharge of academic duties of the university including curriculum design, development, presentation, and evaluation of educational material. 
• Maintain a network of SMEs that can support and contribute to the success of the university. 
• Support the interests of the university externally with senior leadership of relevant national security programs. 

• Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations, including hazardous sites. The Contractor shall travel as initiated by written tasking.
• 10 years’ experience utilizing the Joint Operations Planning Procedures. 
• 15 years’ experience US defense policy, national security affairs, Special Operations Forces military operations/organizations, Multi-National Special Operations Forces and the use of Special Operations Forces across the spectrum of conflict. 

Education:

• MA/ MS required in any field*All degrees used to qualify a candidate for a PTE position shall be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university.
