Overview

Spathe Systems is seeking an Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) Lead (Cybersecurity Lead) in support of an Enterprise IT Service Management opportunity in the National Capitol Region supporting the United States Government.

Responsibilities

SPATHE is looking for a qualified individual to support an Enterprise IT Service Management opportunity in the National Capitol Region supporting the United States Government. The Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) Lead (Cybersecurity Lead) must possess the aptitude, knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ability necessary to perform the following tasks:

  • Manage resources in support of organizational priorities within team and day-to-day management of cybersecurity operations for A&A, ISSE, and ISSO personnel
  • Review, advise, and oversee local cyber policy, regulations, and directives
  • Facilitate the containment, mitigation, and protection of all communications, applications and systems when a vulnerability is identified and/or an incident occurs
  • Facilitate all cyber training requests and ensure IT department meets DoD training and certification requirements
  • Review Change Management (CM) procedures and advise leadership regarding risks

Qualifications

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Cybersecurity teams in a medium to large scale enterprise consisting of up to eight networks, 2300 users, and 20+ discreet systems

  • Experience with Risk Management Framework and managing DoD ISSE, ISSO, and A&A personnel

  • Possesses DoD IAM Level III Certification (CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO)


 


Clearance:



  • TOP SECRET clearance required


 


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:



  • Possess DoD CSSP Manager Certification (e.g. CISM, CISSP-ISSMP, CCISO, or equivalent)

  • Possess the following certifications: PMP, Project+, CRISC, CASP+ CE

  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills with experience providing technical briefings to executive level personnel

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with experience providing technical briefings to executive level Government stakeholders


  


Work Location:



  • Primarily in facilities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) region


 


Schedule:



  • Contractor personnel working on-site are required to work up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, during the contract period. A typical duty day while present onsite is from 0800 to 1730 Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. The scope of this contract provides 24/7/365 IT Service Management and support. As such, some positions may be required to perform shift work and may be required to provide surge capability in support of the customer’s mission.


 


Travel:



  • Travel may be required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations at the direction of the customer
