Overview

Spathe Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI)/Knowledge Management (KM) Lead in support of an Enterprise IT Service Management opportunity in the National Capitol Region supporting the United States Government.

 

Spathe Systems is a full scope systems integrator specializing in Enterprise IT Service Management, Software and Application Development, and Cyber Security Services. Responsibilities

SPATHE is looking for a qualified individual to support an Enterprise IT Service Management opportunity in the National Capitol Region supporting the United States Government. The Business Intelligence (BI)/Knowledge Management (KM) Lead must possess the aptitude, knowledge, interpersonal skills, and ability necessary to perform the following tasks:

  • Manage a cross-functional team of KM professionals to maintain a Knowledge Management System and enable Unit teams and members to storage, share, and collaborate on a daily basis, providing the right information to the right people at the right time
  • Enforce the Unit’s KM strategy and advise these COR on recommendations for improvement as technologies and requirements change

Qualifications

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience of designing and leading KM and/or Business Analysis teams in an environment similar in size, scope, and complexity as described in this SOW

  • BA in applicable business or social sciences


 


Clearance:



  • TOP SECRET clearance required


 


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:



  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Change Management Professional (CMP) certifications

  • Ability to evaluate data to quickly identify problems, issues, and gaps

  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skill with experience providing technical briefings to executive level personnel

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience preparing and presenting briefings to executive level Government stakeholders


  


Work Location:



  • Primarily in facilities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) region 


 


Schedule:



  • Contractor personnel working on-site are required to work up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, during the contract period. A typical duty day while present onsite is from 0800 to 1730 Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. The scope of this contract provides 24/7/365 IT Service Management and support. As such, some positions may be required to perform shift work and may be required to provide surge capability in support of the customer’s mission.


 


Travel:



  • Travel may be required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations at the direction of the customer
