Spathe is currently searching for a Business Intelligence – Associate for a United States Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) customer.

SPATHE is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with US Navy Seals in support of their Enterprise Knowledge Management team that under direct supervision, is responsible for utilizing our selected platforms – including SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, along with SSRS, to successfully deploy business intelligence solutions to satisfy information requirements.

• Able to collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improving data management and delivery.


• Maintain data warehouses, data marts, data mining, and development of data dictionaries.


• Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value.


• With assistance, design and create engaging dashboards and reports in Microsoft O365, Dynamics/CRM, SQL Reporting Services, and SQL Statistical Analysis Services for use in corporate decision-making processes.


• Assist in the development of new enterprise business intelligence (BI) service offerings, content creation, and value propositions to support and improve Government business processes.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree or 1+ years of relevant experience.


• If degreed, Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
