Overview

Spathe is currently searching for a Knowledge Management Administrator to join our team in the Tampa, FL area.

 

Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. Responsibilities

As a Knowledge Management Administrator, duties include testing, migration, documentation, and maintenance of related collaborative capabilities.  This person will be customer focused and required to apply expert level communication skills.  Required to provide support to custom applications and troubleshoot any identified issues.  Expert level knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.

  • SharePoint – Expert level knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and 2013
  • Aptitude and desire to attain expert level knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and other collaboration platforms
  • Create SharePoint out of the box applications for collaborative tools for enterprise use
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills; shows tact; effective listening skills and follow through. The ability to explain technical issues and concepts to both fellow experts and non-experts both verbally and in writing.
  • Establish, administer, and enforce alerts to monitor activity on critical information as required
  • Compile monthly reports on usage and progress of site collection
  • Solid work ethic and the ability to work in a mission critical environment
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work
  • SQL Database Management experience

Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • AA/AS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
  • ITSM IAT Level II Certification

  • One location – Fort Bragg, NC

 

Travel:

  • Up to 20% travel during the year.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or any other necessary programs.

U.S. Security Clearance.

 

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
