Overview

Spathe is currently searching for a Knowledge Systems Specialist - INT to join our team in the Little Creek, VA area.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Knowledge Management (eKM) team by identifying solutions to provided requirements and working closely with customers to ensure the proper solution for the provided requirements.
  • Leverage the Business Intelligence capabilities in SharePoint and other selected platforms and build dashboard reports Very knowledgeable about the various platforms, from the End User – Power User perspectives; experienced in documenting roles and responsibilities and providing training.
  • Develop, design, and manage content, customizations, forms, and custom workflow in selected platform.
  • Convert legacy reports to new, utilize new data sources and new BI solutions Knowledge in .Net, C#, C++ and experience with JAVA, JS, HTML, CSS as required.
  • Implement, manage, and support Knowledge Systems Tools.
  • Provide technical advice on selected platforms to include but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 and emerging collaboration tools as identified to successfully satisfy information requirements.
  • Maintaining enterprise On-Premises SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online portal site collections, sites, pages, and web parts with focus on Business Processes Automation using Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Platform for the development of workflows, business management, and decision support tools.
  • Create complex custom workflows using SharePoint and or Microsoft Flow/Power Platform.
  • Create complex custom solutions and manage content in multiple systems of record and ensuring access and data integrity.
  • Able to communicate and work with customers at all levels of management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Platform to include workflow development, business management, and decision support tools.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science Degree or related field or 5+ more years of relevant experience.
