Spathe is currently searching for a Project (Operations) Manager, Senior to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. • Serves as Project Manager for a Task Order or a group of Task Orders.
• Provides technical leadership, stratefic and tactical planning, and oversight in the management and adminsitration of the Task Orders.
• Ensure technical performance of all task area products and services within cost and schedule for each Task Order.
• Has experience manageing and supervising the work efforts of subordinate personnel.
• Directs day to day operations and coordinates projects, planned work, and routine changes, assign tasks, and monitors progress fo all work-in-progress, interfaces with technical leads to priortize work.

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• IAT II
• IAT III preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• IT Service Management 2 preferred

• TS/SCI
